What is very important, and what most people struggle with, is to separate work and private life. Where do you draw the line when you're at home all the time? Well, that's exactly why it's important to create your own workplace, and not to work at the dining table, for example. Choose a desk that fits your interior: a set of 2 wooden consoles with a full width drawer, an old school metal desk with 3 handy slides, or a modular solution where you can add pieces as you have more or less space available.
Tip: Also choose a nice, comfortable chair.
LIGHTING

Now that we've chosen the perfect desk and the right chair, the next step is to choose adequate lighting. Just like in the office, lighting at home is crucial: after all, it has been proven that under the influence of the right light, we feel happier, healthier and more focused. Ideally you should put your desk in front of a window, but of course that is not always possible. Floor lamps and table lamps are therefore a good solution to compensate for any lack of daylight, and they also bring a cozy atmosphere.
